Keith has 20 years of business experience in the consumer products, food, and media industries. More recently, he has extensive experience advising early stage companies on finance and strategy, including several in the gluten-free sector.
He has also worked with gluten-free manufacturers and ingredient suppliers, and he was the first Head of Business Development for the Gluten Free Certification Organization (www.gfco.org) at its founding in 2005.
Gusti has 25 years of commercial bakery experience in Europe, Iceland, and the US. Trained in Europe, he is a Master Baker with particular expertise
in breads and pastries. He has developed products from high end specialty to institutional food service and is familiar with a wide range of manufacturing
equipment and processes.

Her success in launching new ventures both internally and externally is supported by her unique blend of experience as a successful entrepreneur, general manager, and strategy consultant. She co-founded the MOREA brand of Greek foods which was sold to Krinos Foods.
Paul has spent his 20 year career in plant operations and the food industry in particular. He is HAACP certified and brings strong expertise to develop operations flexibility and efficiency, government compliance including FDA and USDA, and quality assurance programs.
